When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Todake app version, and the steps that caused the issue. Do not include private dream names or task contents unless they are necessary for your request.
Data and iCloud Link to heading
Todake stores data on the device and uses the user’s private iCloud database when iCloud is available. No Todake account is required.
If data does not appear after reinstalling the app, confirm that the device is signed in to the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, and the device has an available network connection. Synchronization may take some time.
Notifications Link to heading
Todake requests notification permission only after the user enables a reminder. Notification permission can be changed in iOS Settings. Reminder times can be changed in Todake’s Settings screen.
Delete All Data Link to heading
Use Settings > Data > Delete All Data to remove Todake data from the device and synchronize the deletion to the private iCloud database. iCloud deletion is asynchronous and may take some time.
