Todake (“the App”) is an habit and task application. This Privacy Policy explains how the App stores and handles information.

The App stores information that the user enters or creates, including:
- Dream names, task titles, and Someday items
- Task completion status and daily progress history
- Streak, growth, and earned badge information
- Selected character and other app preferences
- Notification preferences and reminder times
The App does not require a Todake account, email address, real name, or password.
2. Local Storage and iCloud Sync 見出しへのリンク
The App stores data locally on the user’s device using SwiftData.
When the user is signed in to iCloud and iCloud services are available, the App also uses Apple’s CloudKit service to synchronize app data through the user’s private iCloud database. This allows data to be restored after reinstalling the App and synchronized between devices using the same Apple Account.
CloudKit data is associated with the user’s Apple Account and counts toward the user’s iCloud storage. Todake does not operate a separate server or account system for this data. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and terms.
3. How Information Is Used 見出しへのリンク
Information stored by the App is used only to provide its features, including:
- Displaying dreams and recurring daily tasks
- Recording daily completion and streak progress
- Awarding and restoring progress badges
- Restoring the selected character and app settings
- Scheduling local reminders selected by the user
- Synchronizing the user’s data through iCloud
4. Data We Do Not Use 見出しへのリンク
The App does not currently use:
- Third-party advertising
- Cross-app or cross-website tracking
- Advertising identifiers
- Third-party analytics SDKs
- Sale of personal information
- A developer-operated user account or backend database
Todake does not use user-entered content for advertising or marketing.
5. Sharing and Service Providers 見出しへのリンク
The App uses Apple services, including CloudKit and local notifications, to provide its functionality. App data is not shared with unrelated third parties by Todake.
Apple may process information necessary to operate iCloud, CloudKit, the App Store, and related platform services according to Apple’s own privacy policy.
6. Notifications 見出しへのリンク
If the user enables notifications, the App schedules local reminders on the device. Notification permission can be changed at any time in the App’s settings or in iOS Settings.
7. Data Retention and Deletion 見出しへのリンク
Local app data remains on the device until it is deleted through the App or the App is uninstalled.
Uninstalling the App removes its local data, but does not necessarily remove data already synchronized to the user’s private iCloud database. CloudKit data may remain available for restoration after reinstalling the App.
The user can select Settings > Data > Delete All Data to delete Todake data from the device and return the App to its initial onboarding state. The deletion is synchronized to the user’s private iCloud database through CloudKit. iCloud deletion is asynchronous and requires an available network connection and iCloud account, so completion may take some time.

Todake relies on Apple’s platform security, app sandboxing, and iCloud security for local and synchronized data. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but the App is designed to minimize data collection and does not operate a separate server containing user task data.
9. Children’s Privacy 見出しへのリンク
The App is not directed specifically at children and does not knowingly request personal contact information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy 見出しへのリンク
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App’s data practices or features change. The latest version will be published at the Privacy Policy URL listed on the App Store and linked from the App.
